How pay works

Phase 1 · Paid Training

$15/hr

2–3 weeks

Structured, hands-on training with clear benchmarks. We don't expect you to know how we do things — that's our job to teach you.

Phase 2 · Commission

$20+avg/hr

Fully trained

After training, you earn commission on each job. Your tier moves up as you grow — clean better, score better, earn more.

Your tier is something you control. It's set by client feedback scorecards, attendance, and vacuum inspections, and we review tiers regularly.

What this looks like in real dollars

Most fully trained techs average $20+ per hour. Top performers — high commission tier on busy weeks — have earned close to $30/hour. Earnings depend on job volume, your speed, your tier, and hours worked.

Pay schedule & mileage

Weekly — each week we pay the prior week's commissions, tips, and bonuses (Fridays; sometimes Thursday if payroll runs early).
Clock in/out and check in/out of each cleaning in MaidCentral — location services ON.
Mileage is paid monthly. You have the first 7 days of the month to submit the prior month's mileage ($0.70/mile, via the Discord form). Processing takes up to 7 days, and your mileage is then added to the next payroll.
